The move follows months of investigation into Group 20 and its associate, Vehicle Options, by the CIB — the arm of the Insolvency Service which investigates complaints against companies ranging from improprieties to fraud. In September 2008 Gary & Heather Franklin ceased operating the Group 20 Supercar Club leaving members without cars and franchisees without a business. The Franklins who owe hundreds of thousands of pounds will appear before the courts in May 2009..... News Update 12th May 2009....... Both Gary and Heather Franklin have been arrested and charged by Kent Police on Theft and money laundering, after an investigation into missing Children In Need charity money. The case will now go to the High Court.
